12 New Pencil Roving Colors
I've been busy again; playing about with the colorways on our website (perhaps I have a tiny bit of the 'wild scientist' in me?)
This time, it is the Corriedale Pencil Roving colors that have changed. (picture heavy post ahead)
We've deleted some of the old colors and added 12 new ones! By popular demand, I've added these semi-solid colorways.
The colors are less "striped" and more flowing as they change throughout the hank of fiber.
Blue Skies
Chocolate Bar
Cranberry Sauce
Grape Jelly
Green Olives
Lemonade
Orchid Bouquet
Pesto
Primrose
Promise of Spring
Tangerine
Toffee Crunch
What do you think?

wow.....you are no mad scientist - you are a brilliant one!! the chocolate and toffee are wonderful - you don't see too many browns around!
I -love- these, Teyani! Chocolate bar, cranberry sauce, grape jelly, green olives, pesto, tangerine - yum!
I think I need to spin up another pound of fiber before I can buy more, but we'll see if I can resist... ;)
These are GORGEOUS! I'm having a really good time spinning my "magic carpet ride" superwash merino. It's so easy to spin, and the colors are amaging.
Oh dear...you're causing me great trouble. Blue skies...sigh.
I think your colour sense is amazing. And what lovely flavour combinations... chocolate and toffee crunch. I am so enjoying the 'Hydrangea' silk/wool I'm spinning; only problem is now that I've worked out what I might want to do with it, I'll need more. What a good excuse.
they are lovely teyani! i love the orchid bouquet and the cranberry!
Those are fantastic! I'm very fond of monochromatic things lately and these are right up my alley.
These are great. You are really wearing down my resolve to spin what I have before I buy more. the Pesto and the Chocolate are great but the cranberry is calling my name rather loudly.
They look delicious!
I have a list on my desk of colorways I planned on ordering soon. I am glad this time I have procrastinated! I love, love, love Toffee Bar, Green Olives and Chocolate Bar!!
What do we think? I think that you're trying to bankrupt us all by tempting us with such beautiful fibery goodness ;) After your post with some of the new superwash merino spun up, I went and ordered some. I love all of these new colors of the pencil roving. Oh, if there were only more time in the day to spin it all up!
Yummy! Just about makes me wish I spanned. The browns are gorgeous. Just about, I said.
If I knew how to spin, I would buy the blue skies one and the primrose one in a heartbeat. :)
oh, chocolate bar, grape jelly, and green olives....I can't wait for the wolf to leave my door so I can buy some! I'd love to see those in superwash...hint...hint..
I've been thinking a lot about browns and blacks lately, esp. since I'm trying to come up with a new colourway for an online friend.
I don't spin, but I am hungry! These are so delicious!!!
They're lovely. Which ones did you decide to retire?
Oh my goodness, Teyani! I want one of each. Just wait till I get home to my credit card (hee hee).
They're beautiful . . . and now I'm hungry, too!!
Oh man! I just swore I'd wait and not buy anymore fiber until I found time to spin up a good chunk of what I had. You are so deliciously evil! :)
I love them all! I'm sure not I can resist buying some of it!
Gorgeous! I love the Blue Skies colorway.
I love Toffee Crunch! Nice to see such lovely browns.
I was just thinking today that I wanted just this kind of colorings--soft and flowing. Thanks!
Oooh these are hot!!! Several of these will have to make there way into to my fiber stash.
What do I think?
I think you are a Fiber Wizard of course!
Just to reassure you that I've corrected the attribution in my blog :-) Thank you!
Brilliant colors! They all look so yummy.
You temptress you!!! They are all so beautiful but I HAVE to spin up some of your fiber that I already have before I can buy more. Yeah, I'll keep telling myself that!!
Thanks so much for your kind thoughts - your message really helps! And congratulations to your husband on his citizenship!
Well, now I'm hungry! The semi-solids are just lovely, Teyani!
Oh my gosh they are all gorgeous - but I'm all about the Primrose (love pink!)
Wow! I love the names, too. Toffee crunch, yum.
What can I say except gorgeous. I'm feeling the itch, the itch to learn to spin...
I think the names are just as delicious as the colors themselves!
Beautiful...and you named them for foods! Hard to resist a combination like that.
LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I can't wait to spin some up. Thanks for all the time you put into your colors.
